Kurds want Kirkuk, Diala annexed to their future state – preacher (Voices of Iraq)

A preacher of the Sadrist bloc, or Iraqis loyal to Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sadr, accused the Kurdish leaders of attempting to annex the two provinces of Kirkuk and Diala to what he called "their future state".
